I am so impressed by this document: it reflects great care, seriousness and rigor in considering all viewpoints. Thank you for all your hard work -- this is quite an accomplishment. I think that having a document like this will serve our community, if anything because it will serve as a reminder of shabbat and mitzvot as we ask ourselves in the moment, "Should I do this? Was this in the vision statement?" etc, etc.
I suggest that it is made a bit clearer that the document is mostly aimed at organizers of and participants in KT events (as opposed to all congregants at all times).
